RP Advanced Mobile Systems, LLC. (RPAMS) is a small veteran owned business that designs and builds ATV combat protection and performance systems.
RPAMS excels in innovative designs and focuses on several areas of expertise including:

RPAMS is comprised primarily of three technical lines business:

Key members comprise a Team Lead/Vehicle Specialist, a Systems Engineer, a Mechanical Engineer, a Structural Engineer and an incredible team of Fabrication/Machining Technicians.
RP Advanced Mobile Systems, LLC was founded by Terry Wilmeth and Chris Harris.
Terry Wilmeth is the co-founder and Chief Technical Officer of RP Advanced Mobile Systems. Terry is a USAF veteran, the recipient of the Secretary of the Department of Transportation Gold Medal Award for Innovative Technologies, is a 5-time Guinness World record holder in All-Terrain Vehicle categories for speed and endurance. Terry’s vehicle designs have been the basis for several national titles in various All-Terrain Vehicle categories. Terry holds current FAA Airframe and Power plant certificates and has 28 years aviation experience having worked in the military, the Federal Government and as an electronics specialist assigned to Strategic Defense Command, Kwajalein Missile Test Range. Terry's dedication to the defense of our country continues in his kids. Currently, his son Tyson and daughter-in-law Amanda are serving in the USAF (Okinawa) and son-in-law Max is preparing to enter the U.S. Coast Guard.
Chris Harris is the co-founder and COO of RP Advanced Mobile Systems. Chris is also the founder and CEO of Northwest UAV Propulsion Systems, a currently operational Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) power plant manufacturing company. Chris has been singularly recognized for his significant contributions in the development of such projects as the SOFIA (Stratospheric Observatory for Infrared Astronomy) Boeing 747 SP, the Evergreen Airlines “Supertanker” and was Vice President of Maintenance for Evergreen Airlines during the transition to the Boeing Large Cargo Freighter (LCF) deployment. Chris also holds current FAA Airframe and Power plant certificates and has 25 years aviation experience.
Their combined expertise was the basis in the development of the Armored Surveillance and Response (ASAR) Lightweight Tactical All-Terrain Vehicle (SxS LTV) and M-ATV (MRAP) escort variant platforms.
